Two Photographers

"onetwenty" are two photographers, effectively enhancing the photography that is produced for your
commission. Where applicable and therefore when possible, we can potentially give you the advantages of:

Variation of photographic styles
Reassurance of back-up images when we are both photographing your project
Flexibility when for example, photographing a wedding (if the chosen package includes two photographers), one of us could be photographing the bridal party whilst the other photographer is taking spontaneous images of other guests.
If one of us became ill at the time of your event, there's the possibility of the other photographer being able to "step in" and allow everything to continue as normal

All details including how many photographers will be involved with your project etc., can be established at the time of booking onetwenty.

Andy Murray at Wimbledon

A big well done to Andy Murray at Wimbledon through to the quarter finals, it’s Murray-Mania from now on!

For any of you going to SW19, and want to take some photographs, here are a few tips.

1. Don’t forget: camera, batteries, memory cards/film and tickets.

2. Turn the sounds off. (The shutter noise is fine, but you don’t want too many beeps as you scroll through the preview or menu settings.)

3. Turn the flash off. (It can distract the players, and won’t help your photo; the light from a flash will only cover about 3m/10ft.)

4. Put the ‘ISO’ up to 400 or 800 speed with digital cameras. Or buy the appropriate film. This will help freeze the action and cut down blurring. (especially helpful if you have a long zoom lens)

5. You can also use the sport mode (scene mode in digital cameras) this automatically selects a faster ISO and switches the flash off (most cameras)

6. Charge the batteries, and take a spare, if your camera uses AA type, use the non rechargeable lithium ones these are good for 600 plus shots!(remember using the video feature on a stills camera uses more power)

7. Enjoy the Match! (take shots at the warm-up between sets, and at the end. Having 300 photograph of the same thing only means you’ll have to edit them later. Watch the game!)

We will do what you want, it’s your day! We just take the best photographs we can.

We can offer it as a story book, traditional album, photographic prints, CD or DVD, digitally manipulated, reportage, we can even shoot it on film stock, Black and White or Colour, and print onto virtually anything you want.
